WattWatchr

WattWatchr is a mobile + web AI app that turns a homeowner’s messy utility bills and smart-meter data into a simple, prioritized action list with real dollar impact. Users connect their electric/gas accounts (or upload PDFs), optionally link smart thermostats, and answer a 2-minute home profile (square footage, HVAC type, insulation, occupancy). The app detects abnormal baseload, seasonal drift, and “always-on” spikes, then recommends the few changes that actually move the needle: thermostat schedules, water-heater setpoints, standby-load hunts, and time-of-use shifting. It also flags when upgrades are likely NOT worth it (brutally honest ROI), and tracks savings against weather-normalized baselines. The goal isn’t to be another dashboard; it’s to tell people what to do this week, what to ignore, and what to buy only if payback is real.
