WattWise is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that estimates the real electricity cost of electronics you’re considering—TVs, GPUs, mini PCs, air purifiers, routers, and more—based on your local utility rates and how you actually use them. Instead of vague “energy efficient” labels, it converts specs and typical usage patterns into monthly and yearly cost ranges, heat/noise expectations, and break-even comparisons between models. Users can scan a product page URL or barcode, then choose a usage profile (gaming, streaming, office, 24/7, etc.) and see a clear cost-of-ownership card. The AI component helps normalize messy spec sheets, infer realistic power draw ranges from reviews/benchmarks, and flag when manufacturer numbers look optimistic. It also tracks your shortlist and alerts you when a cheaper-to-run alternative drops in price enough to win on total cost, not just sticker price.
