WaveWatch

WaveWatch is a web + mobile app for utilities and large facilities to triage power-quality issues faster using data they already have: PQ meters, SCADA, AMI, and customer complaints. It ingests event logs (sags, swells, interruptions, harmonics) and normalizes them into a single timeline per feeder/site, then automatically clusters “same-cause” events and ranks likely sources (upstream fault, capacitor switching, VFD harmonics, loose neutral, vegetation contact). The app produces a short, field-ready incident brief: what happened, where it likely originated, affected customers/assets, and what to check first. It’s not a magic black box—users can see the evidence (waveform snippets, correlations, switching logs) and override conclusions. Realistically, the value is operational: fewer truck rolls, faster restoration, and better documentation for regulators and key accounts.
