WayMarkr

WayMarkr is a web + mobile app for testing wayfinding and signage plans in real buildings before fabrication. Upload floor plans (PDF/CAD export), place proposed signs, and generate a “walk test” route set for common journeys (entrance to reception, elevators to clinics, gate to baggage claim, etc.). On-site staff or testers use the mobile app to follow tasks and log where they hesitated, backtracked, or missed a decision point; the app captures timestamps, quick notes, and optional video snippets. An AI layer summarizes friction hotspots and suggests which decision points need clearer messaging, better placement, or additional confirmation signs. It outputs a simple report: problem locations, severity, recommended fixes, and a revised sign schedule. This is not a magic design tool—it’s a practical validation workflow that reduces reprints, complaints, and accessibility risk.
