WearableAudit

WearableAudit is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that validates and “stress-tests” your wearable’s health metrics so you know what to trust. It runs short guided calibration checks (e.g., 2-minute breathing, step-count walk, seated-to-standing HR change) and compares results across sensors and contexts to flag likely inaccuracies, sensor fit issues, and misleading trends. Instead of giving medical diagnoses, it produces a reliability score for key metrics (HR, HRV, SpO2, sleep stages, step count) and explains what conditions make your device unreliable (tattoos, loose band, cold hands, motion artifacts). It also keeps a “device performance log” so users can see when firmware updates or strap changes improved accuracy. The app supports Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and selected device APIs where available, but is transparent about limitations and gaps.
