WearAudit
WearAudit is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that runs repeatable “sensor sanity checks” on popular wearables and produces a plain-English reliability report for heart rate, SpO2, sleep, steps, and stress. It guides users through short calibration routines (e.g., seated rest, paced walk, stair climb) and compares readings against expected physiological ranges and consistency rules, flagging likely bad fit, firmware issues, skin-tone/temperature artifacts, or motion noise. It also tracks firmware/app updates and shows before/after accuracy trends, so users can see if an update improved or degraded metrics. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to detect anomaly patterns and classify failure modes, but the core value is structured testing and transparency. It’s not a medical device and explicitly avoids diagnosis; it’s a “data quality” tool to prevent users from making decisions based on junk metrics.
