WearClaim

WearClaim is a mobile + web AI app that helps people document injuries, health events, and recovery using data from wearables (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin) and a simple incident log. Users create a “claim timeline” that automatically pulls heart rate, activity, sleep, fall detection, and location context (when permitted), then generates a clean, exportable report for insurers, employers, or legal counsel. It also reminds users to capture key evidence: photos, symptom notes, medication, appointments, and missed-work days. The app doesn’t pretend to diagnose; it focuses on organizing and corroborating what happened and how it affected daily function. Reports are formatted to be readable by non-technical reviewers and include data provenance (device, timestamps, gaps). Monetization is per-report + subscription for ongoing cases. This is not a mass-market fitness app; it’s a paperwork and proof engine for stressful, high-stakes situations.
