A web dashboard aggregates defect rates by supplier, loom, shift, and fabric type, helping managers pinpoint root causes and reduce rework. It’s realistic: the AI won’t be perfect across all fabrics, so the MVP focuses on a narrow set of common woven/knit categories and uses human confirmation to improve accuracy.
