WebhookShed

WebhookShed is a web app for teams integrating SaaS tools via webhooks who keep losing events due to outages, schema changes, or flaky endpoints. It provides a durable inbox for inbound webhooks: receive events on a stable URL, validate and transform payloads, then forward to your real destination with retries, backoff, and dead-letter handling. You can replay any event (or a filtered batch) after you deploy a fix, and compare payload diffs across versions to spot breaking changes. It’s intentionally narrow: webhooks only (not full iPaaS), so it’s easier to adopt and cheaper than heavyweight integration platforms. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for mapping suggestions and anomaly summaries, but it must work reliably without AI. The core value is operational: fewer missed events, faster incident recovery, and clearer accountability for webhook delivery.
