WebhookWarden is a web app for monitoring, replaying, and debugging outbound and inbound webhooks across your products and third-party integrations. It captures webhook payloads, headers, signatures, delivery attempts, and downstream responses, then correlates them to incidents and customer impact. You get alerting on rising failure rates, slow endpoints, signature mismatches, and schema drift, plus a safe replay tool with idempotency controls to avoid double-charging or duplicate actions. It also provides an “integration health” dashboard per partner (Stripe, Shopify, internal services, etc.) so support teams can quickly answer, “Is it us or them?” This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize incidents, cluster similar failures, and suggest likely root causes from logs and recent deploys. Reality check: it’s not a novel category, but teams still lose hours to webhook chaos and poor observability.
