WeighInProof

WeighInProof is a mobile + web app for boxing gyms and promoters to run clean, auditable weigh-ins and fight-day check-ins. It captures a time-stamped weigh-in video, scale photo, and official ID verification, then generates a tamper-evident record and shareable certificate for commissions, matchmakers, and opposing corners. It also handles hydration/rehydration checkpoints (if used), bout agreements, and simple medical clearance uploads. The goal is not to replace commissions—it's to reduce disputes, missing paperwork, and last-minute cancellations caused by sloppy documentation. Realistically, adoption will be uneven because many events are small and informal, but the app becomes valuable where money, liability, and reputations are on the line: regional shows, amateur tournaments, and multi-gym cards. Pricing is per event or per gym, keeping it affordable and easy to justify.
