WelcomeLoop is a web app + mobile companion that helps churches, mosques, synagogues, and temples run a disciplined newcomer follow-up process without relying on sticky notes or one overworked volunteer. It captures visitor info via QR code, kiosk mode, or simple link, then automatically assigns follow-up tasks to greeters, small-group leaders, or staff with clear deadlines. The system tracks each person’s journey (first visit, second visit, class attended, joined a group, became a member) and surfaces drop-off points so leaders can fix what’s not working. Built-in outreach sequences (email/SMS/WhatsApp) are templated but customizable, with opt-in and compliance controls. It also includes a lightweight “care queue” for prayer requests and pastoral check-ins so outreach doesn’t stop after week two. This is a traditional app with AI-assisted insights (optional) for churn risk and next-best outreach action.
