WelfareNudge is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps farms and integrators spot early animal-welfare risks using quick daily checklists, incident logging, and optional computer-vision scoring from existing barn cameras. Staff record simple observations (lameness, injuries, mortality spikes, water/feed access, heat stress signs) in under 60 seconds per pen/house. The system flags abnormal trends, suggests likely causes (e.g., ventilation, stocking density, equipment failure), and generates audit-ready evidence packs with timestamps, photos, and corrective actions. It’s built for reality: low connectivity, high staff turnover, and “we don’t have time” culture. The AI is assistive, not magical—its job is triage and documentation, not replacing vets or managers. The product lives or dies on making compliance and problem detection faster than current paper/Excel workflows.
