WelfareProof is a mobile + web app (traditional app with AI assist) that helps farms and integrators capture, organize, and share animal-welfare evidence in a way auditors and buyers actually accept. Staff record quick welfare checks (lameness, lesions, mortality, stocking density, enrichment, handling incidents) with time-stamped photos/videos, offline-first forms, and automatic chain-of-custody logs. The AI component flags missing evidence, detects obvious issues in images (e.g., overcrowding cues, visible injuries), and generates audit-ready summaries mapped to common standards (e.g., GlobalG.A.P., Red Tractor, RSPCA Assured, GAP). It also schedules required checks and escalates non-compliance to managers. This is not a “feel-good” consumer app; it’s compliance infrastructure aimed at reducing audit pain, preventing costly non-conformances, and giving buyers credible proof.
