WellLogix

WellLogix is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that converts scanned well completion reports, driller logs, and pump test PDFs into structured, searchable groundwater datasets. Users upload documents or snap photos in the field; the app extracts key fields (screen interval, lithology, static water level, yield, casing, coordinates), flags uncertainties, and lets users quickly correct them in a review UI. It then exports clean outputs to CSV, GeoJSON, and common GIS formats, and can generate a simple site summary report for clients or regulators. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI handles OCR + extraction, while the product value is the workflow, QA, and exports. The realistic pitch: it won’t “understand geology” perfectly, but it can eliminate hours of manual data entry and reduce transcription errors when teams are drowning in legacy paperwork.
