WhatIfOps

WhatIfOps is a web app (with optional desktop spreadsheet add-in) for scenario analysis that ties directly to an operating model: headcount, pricing, demand, supply lead times, churn, and cash. Users build a baseline plan, then create scenarios by changing a small set of drivers (e.g., demand -15%, supplier delay +30 days, FX +8%). The app runs deterministic and Monte Carlo simulations, producing cash runway, covenant risk, service-level impacts, and a simple “decision memo” output that can be shared with leadership. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for modeling and auditability; AI to help translate plain-English assumptions into driver changes, generate scenario narratives, and flag inconsistent inputs. It intentionally avoids being a full FP&A suite; it focuses on rapid, defensible stress testing and decision-ready outputs.
