WhisprLine is a web + mobile app for employee voice that forces organizations to close the loop. Employees submit anonymous concerns, ideas, or risks with optional evidence (screenshots, links) and choose a category (safety, ethics, manager behavior, process waste). The system auto-redacts identifying details and assigns each submission a “response SLA” based on severity. Leaders can’t just collect feedback; they must publish an action, a rationale, or an escalation path within the SLA, or the item is automatically escalated to a higher admin and flagged in compliance reports. AI helps cluster duplicates, summarize themes, and draft neutral responses, but humans must approve. The product is intentionally narrow: fewer surveys, more accountable follow-through. It integrates with Slack/Teams for intake and with Jira/ServiceNow for tracking actions so it doesn’t become another ignored HR inbox.
