WhiteGlove is a mobile + web app that centralizes luxury concierge requests across travel, dining, events, gifting, and lifestyle services—without pretending to “replace” human concierges. Users submit a request with constraints (budget range, dates, preferences, must-haves), attach photos or inspiration links, and choose either their existing concierge/assistant or a vetted partner concierge. The app structures the request, tracks status, and keeps all quotes, confirmations, and receipts in one timeline. AI helps by drafting clear briefs, extracting details from screenshots/emails, and flagging missing info (passport expiry, dress codes, cancellation terms). It also builds a preference profile over time (seat, room, cuisine, brands) to reduce back-and-forth. The product is realistic: it’s mainly workflow, documentation, and accountability—where luxury service often breaks down.
