WhiteGlove

WhiteGlove is a mobile + web AI-assisted verification and due-diligence app for high-end home purchases (designer furniture, lighting, rugs, art objects). Users upload listing photos, invoices, serial plates, and seller details; the app runs authenticity and risk checks, then produces a clear “Buy / Caution / Avoid” report with evidence. It flags common red flags (mismatched labels, altered receipts, suspicious shipping terms, price anomalies) and helps coordinate optional human experts (brand-authorized service centers, appraisers, restorers) for final confirmation. It also stores a private provenance folder for insurance and resale: documents, condition photos, and maintenance history. This is not a marketplace; it’s a trust layer for purchases happening on 1stDibs, Instagram, dealers, auctions, and private sales. Realistically, the hardest part is building reliable verification workflows and expert coverage—so the MVP focuses on a narrow set of brands/categories first.
