It connects to flight status, traffic, weather, and your dispatch calendar, then generates a “risk score” per trip with concrete actions: adjust pickup time, reroute, swap vehicle, assign a different chauffeur, or trigger proactive client messaging. It also provides a VIP preference profile (quiet ride, temperature, water brand, music, privacy) and a pre-trip checklist that chauffeurs confirm in-app. The goal is fewer refunds, fewer angry executive assistants, and fewer last-minute dispatch scrambles.
