WicketWatch is a web + mobile AI-assisted maintenance app focused on one unglamorous but expensive hydro problem: intake/trash rack and wicket gate fouling, sticking, and debris-driven vibration that causes forced derates and emergency shutdowns. It ingests simple operator logs, SCADA tags (gate position, head, MW, vibration, oil pressure), and optional phone videos from inspections. The app flags patterns that typically precede jams (e.g., rising actuator pressure at constant load, increasing vibration at specific openings), then generates a prioritized worklist and parts checklist. It also standardizes “what good looks like” across shifts with guided inspection checklists and photo evidence. This is not a magic autopilot for dispatch; it’s a practical reliability tool that reduces unplanned downtime and improves documentation for compliance and post-incident reviews.
