Hosts and coworking managers can claim pages, respond, and run scheduled tests to prove consistency. Nomads can filter by minimum upload, latency, and stability thresholds for Zoom/Meet, plus see outage reports and backup options (nearby coworking, 5G coverage notes). This is not a generic review app; it’s a measurement-first utility with lightweight community validation and clear anti-fraud signals.
