WikiHygiene

WikiHygiene is a web app (with a lightweight Slack/Teams integration) that continuously audits your intranet/wiki for staleness, broken ownership, and “nobody knows if this is true” pages. It plugs into Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, and Google Drive folders, then scores every page by risk: age, traffic, linked dependencies, policy keywords, and team changes. It auto-creates review tasks, pings the right owners, and escalates when content is ignored. AI helps summarize what changed since last review and proposes edits, but humans approve. The goal is not another wiki; it’s a maintenance layer that makes the wiki trustworthy again. You get dashboards for compliance-heavy areas (HR, IT, Security), a quarterly “knowledge health” report for leadership, and a simple rule engine: “If page contains VPN/SSO, review every 60 days.”
