WinsLedger is a mobile + web AI app that helps people with imposter syndrome build a private, searchable evidence base of competence. Instead of vague affirmations, it captures concrete “proof moments” from your work: shipped features, solved incidents, positive feedback, promotions, grades, talks, and measurable outcomes. You can forward emails/Slack praise, paste performance notes, or snap a photo of a whiteboard—then the AI extracts claims, metrics, and context, and files them into a timeline and skill map. Before reviews, interviews, or high-stakes meetings, the app generates a tight “confidence brief” with 5–10 bullet points tailored to the situation (e.g., leadership, technical depth, stakeholder management). It also includes a lightweight weekly check-in to prevent the tool from becoming another abandoned journal. Privacy-first: local encryption, and you control what’s shared/exported.
