WIPGuard

WIPGuard is a cross-platform priority manager built around one rule: limit your Work-In-Progress. Instead of letting you maintain endless lists, it enforces a small “active slots” cap (e.g., 3 items) and makes everything else wait in a backlog. Each active item must have a clear outcome, next action, and a deadline or it gets auto-demoted. The app pulls tasks from your existing tools (Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Jira) and converts them into candidates, then forces a weekly tradeoff: what stays active, what gets paused, and what gets deleted. A lightweight AI assistant helps rewrite vague tasks into concrete next actions and flags hidden commitments (meetings with no prep tasks, emails with implied deliverables). The goal is not more productivity theater; it’s fewer open loops and more finished work.
