WODLedger is a mobile + web app for CrossFit/functional gyms that fixes the unsexy problem owners actually lose sleep over: missed payments, messy punch cards, and unclear attendance trends. Members check in via a QR code at the door; the app ties check-ins to membership status (active, frozen, overdue) and automatically nudges overdue members with polite, configurable reminders. Owners get a simple dashboard showing churn risk signals (declining attendance, expiring packs), revenue by plan, and class utilization—without pretending to replace full gym CRMs. The MVP focuses on doing three things reliably: check-ins, plan/punch tracking, and payment status visibility. It integrates with Stripe for subscriptions and one-off packs, and exports clean reports for accountants. This isn’t a “community” app; it’s operational plumbing that reduces leakage and awkward conversations.
