WokTiming

WokTiming is a mobile app (with optional web companion) that turns Chinese cooking into a step-by-step, time-synced workflow—especially for multi-dish meals where everything must hit the table hot. You pick dishes (e.g., mapo tofu + stir-fried greens + egg drop soup), set serving time, and the app generates a coordinated schedule with timers, prep batching, and heat-level prompts. It includes region-specific technique guides (velveting, wok hei, red-braising) and ingredient substitutions based on what you actually have. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI adapts schedules to your stove type, pan size, and skill level, but the core instructions are curated and tested. The goal is not “more recipes”; it’s fewer ruined dinners caused by bad sequencing, wrong heat, and last-minute chaos.
