WorkloadTriage

WorkloadTriage is a web + Slack/Teams companion that helps teams prevent burnout by making hidden workload visible and forcing small, actionable adjustments. It pulls lightweight signals (calendar load, meeting fragmentation, after-hours messaging, ticket/PR throughput) and combines them with a 30-second weekly check-in. The app outputs a simple “capacity vs. demand” view per person and team, plus a short list of recommended interventions: meeting-free blocks, WIP limits, on-call rotation fixes, and task rebalancing suggestions. It’s not therapy and it won’t “fix culture” by itself—its value is giving managers and ICs concrete evidence and a repeatable workflow to reduce overload. Privacy is handled with opt-in, aggregation, and clear data boundaries; the goal is to enable healthier planning, not surveillance. The MVP focuses on clarity and nudges, not fancy dashboards.
