WorkPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that monitors operational workflows by collecting small, structured check-ins from frontline staff and correlating them with system signals (ticket volume, cycle times, missed handoffs). Instead of trying to “manage SOPs,” it flags where the process is actually failing: steps skipped, approvals stuck, recurring rework, and bottlenecks by team/shift/location. Managers get a daily “risk digest” with the top 3 process risks, evidence, and recommended fixes (e.g., add a checklist step, change a threshold, reroute approvals). The MVP focuses on a single workflow type (e.g., incident response, order fulfillment, field service) and integrates with common tools to avoid manual data entry. It’s not magic: it won’t replace good ops leadership, but it will make breakdowns visible earlier and with less arguing.
