WorkPulse

WorkPulse is a web + desktop app that analyzes where time actually goes across projects, meetings, and deep work—then translates it into cost, margin, and burnout risk. It pulls data from calendars (Google/Microsoft), task tools (Jira/Linear), and optional lightweight desktop activity sampling (app/window categories, not keystrokes). The core output is a weekly “time P&L”: time spent vs. planned, effective hourly cost, meeting tax, context-switching rate, and which clients/projects are quietly unprofitable. It’s brutally pragmatic: it won’t pretend to perfectly infer intent; it focuses on high-confidence signals and clear recommendations (kill recurring meetings, cap WIP, renegotiate scope). Teams can compare planned vs. actual at the project level, while individuals get private coaching-style insights. This is a combination traditional + AI app (AI for classification and narrative summaries).
