WorkshopOps is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for L&D teams and trainers who are tired of workshops that feel good but don’t stick. It helps you design sessions around measurable outcomes, then proves impact with simple pre/post checks and on-the-job follow-ups. You build a workshop from templates (leadership, sales, onboarding, compliance), assign cohorts, and deliver materials via QR/link. Participants get short nudges and micro-assignments after the session; managers get a one-page coaching guide to reinforce behavior. The app tracks attendance, engagement, and behavior adoption signals (self-report + manager check-ins) and generates an “impact report” you can send to HR or executives. Brutal truth: most training tools focus on content delivery; WorkshopOps focuses on transfer-to-work, which is what budgets get judged on.
