WorthLedger

WorthLedger is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that builds self-esteem through evidence, not affirmations. Users log small “wins” daily (work, health, relationships, boundaries), attach optional artifacts (screenshots, photos, notes), and tag them to personal values (e.g., courage, consistency, kindness). The app then generates weekly “proof reports” that show patterns, streaks, and a realistic narrative of progress—without pretending every day is amazing. A lightweight AI coach helps users rewrite harsh self-talk into accurate statements grounded in their logged evidence, and flags cognitive distortions (all-or-nothing, mind reading) with short prompts. It’s designed for people who hate cheesy positivity and want something measurable. Privacy is central: local-first storage with encrypted sync, and users can keep everything offline if they want.
