WorthyLedger

WorthyLedger is a mobile + web app (AI + traditional) that helps users build a realistic sense of worthiness by separating “who I am” from “what I achieved.” Instead of generic affirmations, it uses short daily check-ins to capture moments of self-respect: boundaries kept, needs voiced, rest taken, values followed, and self-talk quality. The AI turns these into a private “evidence log” of aligned behavior (not performance) and highlights patterns like people-pleasing spikes, overwork cycles, or self-criticism triggers. Users get weekly summaries with 1-2 concrete experiments (e.g., a boundary script, a 10-minute recovery plan) and a simple worthiness score based on consistency, not outcomes. It’s designed to be blunt: it will flag when you’re outsourcing worth to likes, productivity, or a partner’s mood, and it will push small, measurable behavior changes.
