WoundWatch is a mobile + web app for nurses and wound-care teams to document, measure, and monitor wounds with consistent photo capture and structured notes. The app guides staff through a standardized workflow (location, stage/type, exudate, odor, peri-wound, pain, interventions) and creates a clean timeline that’s easy to review during rounds or handoffs. It includes calibrated photo capture using a reference marker to estimate size, plus reminders for reassessments and dressing changes. Exportable reports support audits, payer documentation, and physician communication without rewriting the same narrative. This is not a “magic AI diagnosis” tool; it’s a practical documentation and trend-tracking system that reduces variability and missed details. The goal is fewer charting errors, faster escalation when wounds worsen, and better continuity across shifts and facilities.
