WrenchProof

WrenchProof is a mobile + web app for independent repair shops to document every job with time-stamped photos/videos, parts labels, and quick notes, then share a clean “repair story” with customers and insurers. Shops create a job, capture before/after evidence, attach estimates, and request approvals via a link—no app install needed for the customer. Customers can see what failed, why it matters, and what was replaced, reducing the classic “I don’t trust this quote” friction. The app also stores a lightweight service history that customers can export when selling the car, giving shops a retention hook. This is not a full shop-management system; it intentionally integrates with existing POS/DMS via simple imports and shareable links. An AI layer can auto-generate plain-English explanations from technician notes and flag missing documentation steps to reduce comebacks and chargebacks.
