WrenchProof is a web + mobile Enterprise Asset Management companion focused on capturing and enforcing “gold standard” maintenance procedures. Instead of another CMMS, it layers on top of existing systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor) to standardize job plans, lock in safety/quality steps, and reduce rework. Technicians get step-by-step procedures with photos, torque/spec checklists, and required evidence capture (readings, images, signatures) even offline. Supervisors get variance reports: which steps were skipped, which assets repeatedly fail after specific tasks, and where training gaps exist. An AI assistant helps convert messy PDFs, SOPs, and veteran notes into structured job plans, then flags contradictions and missing safety prerequisites. The goal is boring but valuable: fewer repeat failures, faster onboarding, and auditable maintenance execution without ripping out the incumbent EAM.
