X12Sentry is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that validates, profiles, and monitors EDI X12 transactions (837/835/270/271/276/277/278) before they hit clearinghouses or payers. It ingests files from SFTP, APIs, or shared folders, runs strict HIPAA implementation-guide checks plus payer-specific rule packs, and produces actionable error reports mapped to trading partner requirements. The app also tracks rejection trends over time, flags sudden schema or companion-guide drift, and provides a “what changed” diff when a payer updates rules. It’s not a magical revenue machine: selling into revenue cycle is slow, and you’ll need credibility and tight rule quality. But if you can reduce avoidable rejections and shorten fix cycles, teams will pay. The product focuses on operational reliability, not flashy dashboards, and aims to be the last-mile guardrail between your system and payer reality.
