YardPath is a mobile + web AI route-planning app for truckers and dispatchers that focuses on the last mile inside and around ports, rail yards, and large distribution campuses—where Google Maps is often useless. It provides turn-by-turn guidance from the public road to the correct gate, queue lane, check-in kiosk, staging area, and dock/yard zone using geofenced “micro-routes.” Users can search by facility plus appointment/reference, then get a step-by-step path with gate rules, hours, and common failure points (wrong entrance, prohibited turns, height/weight limits). Drivers can report closures, lane changes, and wait times with one tap; the system learns and updates recommended approaches. The MVP should prioritize a handful of high-volume facilities in one region, because nationwide coverage is expensive and slow. Monetization: per-seat dispatcher subscriptions and facility-sponsored verified maps.
