YardPulse

YardPulse is a mobile + web app for warehouses and distribution centers to track trailers, yard moves, and gate activity in real time without expensive yard-management systems. Drivers and yard jockeys check in via QR codes on trailers and geofenced “yard zones,” while gate staff log arrivals/departures in seconds. Dispatchers get a live yard map, dwell-time alerts, and a simple “find my trailer” search. The app focuses on the messy middle: facilities that are too busy for spreadsheets but not big enough to justify a full enterprise YMS. It also creates a basic audit trail (who moved what, when) to reduce finger-pointing and detention charges. This is a traditional app with light AI (anomaly detection for unusually long dwell times and predicted congestion windows).
