YardPulse

YardPulse is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps fleets and logistics yards find and manage trailers, containers, and yard assets without expensive full-RTLS installs. Drivers or yard jockeys scan a QR/NFC tag at drop/pickup, and the app logs location using geofencing plus optional low-cost Bluetooth beacons. Dispatch sees a live yard map, dwell time, and “last seen” confidence scores. AI flags anomalies like trailers that should have departed, assets parked in wrong zones, or repeated “ghost moves” that indicate bad scanning behavior. The MVP focuses on accuracy through process: simple workflows, fast scanning, and audit trails, not perfect centimeter-level tracking. It integrates with TMS via CSV/API and exports detention/dwell reports to reduce detention fees and wasted yard hunts. Brutal truth: it wins only if it’s dead-simple and cheaper than existing yard management systems.
