YardPulse

YardPulse is a mobile + web app for fleet and commercial operators to manage vehicle movement inside depots, yards, and job sites—where GPS and spreadsheets routinely fail. Drivers or yard staff scan a QR/NFC tag on the vehicle, select a location zone (Gate A, Bay 12, Wash, Maintenance), and the system instantly updates a live yard map and dispatch board. Optional AI reads gate camera feeds to auto-detect arrivals/departures and flag mismatches (e.g., trailer moved without a scan). The goal is brutally practical: reduce “where is it?” calls, prevent missed dispatches, and cut dwell time. It integrates with existing telematics/ELD systems but doesn’t depend on them; it’s designed for low-connectivity environments with offline-first scanning and later sync. Pricing is per yard/site, not per vehicle, to fit commercial procurement and simplify rollout.
