YardRelay

YardRelay is a web + mobile app for coordinating what happens between gate, yard, and dock in small-to-mid warehouses and 3PLs. It provides a single live “yard board” showing trailers, doors, yard spots, driver status, and who owns the next action (move, unload, check-in, paperwork). Dispatchers assign moves to yard jockeys or guards, capture proof (photo, seal, BOL), and time-stamp every handoff so disputes drop. The AI layer auto-suggests next moves based on appointment windows, dwell time, door availability, and priority rules, but it does not pretend to “optimize everything”—it just reduces obvious waste. Integrations focus on the basics: email/SMS notifications to carriers, and lightweight import/export to WMS/TMS via CSV or API. The goal is fewer missed trailers, fewer radio calls, and shorter dwell—measurable within weeks.
