YardScope is a mobile + web app that helps homeowners prioritize landscaping and curb-appeal upgrades that actually move the needle for resale and neighborhood comps. You take a few exterior photos and answer a short questionnaire (budget, DIY vs hire, timeline). The app returns a ranked punch-list (e.g., edge beds, refresh mulch, replace dead shrubs, pressure wash, repaint trim) with estimated cost ranges, time-to-complete, and expected value impact. It also generates a simple shopping list and a step-by-step plan for weekend execution. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles photo-based issue detection and plan generation, while the core product is a practical project planner with local pricing benchmarks. It’s not a magic “instant beautiful yard” tool—results depend on user effort and local labor costs—but it can prevent wasted spend on low-impact upgrades.
