ZenStreak
ZenStreak is a mobile app that turns Buddhist meditation and mindfulness into a simple, repeatable daily routine grounded in early Buddhist practices. Instead of endless content libraries, it focuses on consistency: short guided sits, a timer for silent practice, and a lightweight reflection flow tied to core themes like breath awareness, loving-kindness, and impermanence. Users pick a “minimum viable practice” (3–15 minutes) and the app nudges them to keep it realistic. It includes a weekly review that highlights what actually happened (sessions completed, time of day, drop-off points) and suggests one small adjustment rather than pushing more content. Optional AI helps summarize reflections and suggest next-week practice tweaks, but the core experience works without it. The goal is to reduce decision fatigue and make practice sustainable for normal people with busy lives.
