ZipTerritory
ZipTerritory is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps revenue teams define, enforce, and audit sales territories using simple geographic rules (ZIP/postal codes, counties, states) plus account attributes (industry, segment, ARR). Instead of brittle spreadsheets and tribal knowledge, admins create territory “policies” that automatically assign accounts/leads and flag conflicts (overlaps, gaps, duplicates, out-of-policy deals). A built-in change log shows exactly when boundaries changed, who approved it, and which accounts moved—critical for comp plans and rep trust. The app connects to Salesforce/HubSpot to sync accounts, leads, and ownership, then runs nightly checks and real-time validation during routing. It’s a traditional app with light AI: AI suggests boundary adjustments based on workload imbalance and travel time, but humans approve. This is not glamorous—just the unsexy plumbing that stops revenue ops fires.
