ZoneLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for SMB delivery businesses to create, test, and enforce delivery zones with auditability. Teams draw zones on a map, import customer addresses, and run “what-if” checks to catch edge cases (apartments, new builds, weird postal boundaries) before orders are accepted. It integrates with Shopify/WooCommerce and common dispatch tools via API/webhooks to block out-of-zone orders or apply correct fees automatically. The core value is operational trust: every zone change is versioned, approved, and tied to metrics (late deliveries, refunds, driver overtime) so owners can see if a zone tweak helped or hurt. It’s not glamorous, but it prevents expensive daily chaos—wrong promises, angry customers, and wasted miles—without needing an enterprise GIS team.
