ZoneProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps planners, architects, small developers, and real-estate teams quickly verify what can be built on a parcel—without spending hours hunting through PDFs, ordinances, and map layers. Users enter an address or parcel ID, and the app returns the zoning district, key dimensional standards (setbacks, height, FAR/lot coverage), allowed/conditional uses, and any overlays. Every result is accompanied by clickable, line-level citations back to the exact ordinance section and map source so users can defend decisions in meetings and reduce embarrassing mistakes. The product focuses on a narrow set of cities/counties at launch, prioritizing jurisdictions with messy documentation where time savings are real. It also tracks ordinance updates and flags when a parcel’s rules changed since the last check, reducing rework during long projects.
