ZooFieldOps

ZooFieldOps is a mobile + web app for running educational programs at zoos and exotic animal centers without the usual chaos of clipboards, scattered PDFs, and last-minute volunteer confusion. Staff build a program “run sheet” (talking points, animal welfare constraints, timing, accessibility notes), then assign roles to educators, keepers, and volunteers with checklists and push notifications. The app includes incident and welfare logging (e.g., animal opted out, crowd issues, equipment failures) so teams can improve sessions and stay compliant. A lightweight AI assistant can draft age-appropriate scripts and signage from your approved facts, but it’s intentionally constrained to avoid unsafe or inaccurate animal claims. The goal is boring reliability: fewer missed steps, consistent messaging, and better documentation for audits, grants, and internal reviews.
