ZoonoSignal
ZoonoSignal is a web + mobile app that helps local public health teams, veterinary services, and environmental officers share early warning signals of zoonotic outbreaks without needing a full-blown national surveillance overhaul. Users log “field signals” (unusual animal deaths, livestock symptoms, vector spikes, water contamination events) with time, location, photos, and basic metadata. The system auto-normalizes entries into a simple One Health taxonomy and generates a shared situational dashboard across agencies. It includes lightweight rules + AI-assisted triage that flags clusters, unusual patterns, and cross-domain correlations (e.g., poultry die-offs near wetlands plus rising febrile illness reports). The product is intentionally pragmatic: it focuses on rapid, low-friction reporting and cross-agency visibility, not perfect epidemiological modeling. Exportable reports and audit trails support incident response and grant reporting. Offline capture supports rural fieldwork, syncing when connectivity returns.
